Well, facially you were working a solid bedrock. More of a tom boyish grungey kind of spunk; but with a definite sexual undertone. Certainly you had the poise of the self aware and even self effacing. As a former "fat fat" fat ass I understand that look. The 'if I gave two fucks what you thought I'd be in pants five sizes smaller by now' look. I was 230 standing at 5'8: believe me, I feel for you. Kudos for slimming done and toning up. Atkins or South Beach?
The left picture feels more authentic, though. The right feels staged. That being said, day-um. Off the bat you've ramped up your sex appeal by just cracking a fucking smile, but I'm guessing that was thanks to a sun glare. Also you've learned that pale skin equals bright colors to avoid wash out. You applied this cardinal rule to the whites of your eyes. The contacts are vivid. All in all finding a color that emphasizes your stellar bone structure by framing your face has done wonders. As has, what I'm assuming, is a kick ass personal trainer.
