Kangaroo super mercenary/bounty hunter Bruce Roolan has been captured by supervillains. He's been stripped down to his bandana and boxer shorts and ticked into submission by King Kookaburra, while Hyena Haunt has chained him to a tree with her ghostly chains.This is when I wish I had my photoshop back. If I hadn't run out of paper, I'd have shown more of his feet.

I think so. Despite the metal infusion, I imagine he still has feeling in his body, so he should be vulnerable to it.
I was also thinking if King used them on Pratfall, she'd feel it and laugh but she wouldn't be overwhelmed by it. Similarly, Seductress and Sire can seduce her 'til the cows come home, but she won't be knockex out.

He was tickled into submission so they could chain him up. Then King will probably tickle him until he passes out, for good measure. Even chained up, those Roolans can be tricky
