and rb20 wouldnt be too bad, I found one a while back for 1200, but mounting brackets and the custom work would be what makes it expensive. I wanted to do one in my s13 for awhile, but decided to do suspension first. When I bought my 240sx, the guy had a rb26 in a 240z. It was gorgeous.

Yeah and RB20 wouldn't be as costly as a RB26. Yes it is a beautiful thing to behold especially a DETT.

It was a tt, with tig welded piping, it was seriously a piece of art itself.

It looks really good, I have a 240sx but I really want a z with a rb in it. What spring rates are you running? Do you autox or track it?

An RB will be expensive. It cost me 6K to have the L28 rebuilt and placed in the engine bay, that is with no hook-up. An RB would be awesome though, lots of torque, you just have to consider how much you need given such a light car.

L28 ported and polished, tokico 5 way adjustable, lowered 2 inches - I can't go any lower due to the exhaust.
