Advantages and Abilities:
- Shapeshifting
- Weighs 200 pounds
- Manipulates the slime using the UFO antenna
- Can levitate
- By getting into the joints of certain thing then forcing it out with the antenna Goop is able to cause explosions in robots etc.
- Regeneration
- Slime can't be physically harmed
- Slime is really strong
- Can wrap around objects and living things tightly
Disadvantages and Weaknesses:
- If the connection between the slime and the UFO is severed the slime will turn into a mere puddle

The UFO is actually an antigravity projector.
Another weakness is that he can be hurt if he is spun really fast. Also the omnitrix symbol (which is the actual omnitrix in that form) can be easily removed because of the make up to his body.
