Megaman gains the ability to look into the immediate future, and negate any attack aimed at him. He can also shoot normal shots while in this mode. (Ok, so if in-game, when used, the enemy's attack misses, letting you shoot during a 5 second period. Imagine a sort of Flash Stopper, just that the enemy is not frozen in time, the enemy can still move around, but attacks from the enmey during the 5 second period will miss.)

It just... Makes you dodge attacks, although physically you're not. It misses up with the enemies' sensors, something like Chronoforce's Time Bomb in ZX Advent.
