She's evolved a lot over the past few years but here's my Sailor Moon 'Self Persona' Sailor Libra!
Basically I have longish hair again... so I decided I wanted to re-draw her.
The main changes this time were just the shoes and giving her proper earrings. I'm pretty happy with this one.
