Description
A requested method after a few people have come to me for help. I talk about frames, but here is a (hopefully) more understandable way of how to present it.ALL the basic frames are mine.
Leviathan is (c) CAPCOM and only used to prove a point. (Not to bash on either)
Tutorial done with Photoshop Elements and Microsoft paint.
