I appreciate the atmosphere. Reminds me of the place where I lived when I was a child. Old buildings, flaked off windows, the pigeons. And the sun on the walls of the town older than anyone in neighbourhood.
The girl also reminds me of myself, I used to sit on the window of my room, watching the life in the street, people talking, the birds and the sound of their wings. I wore a ballet skirt too.

I find this picture just amazing.
The model is very well posed, and the idea is brilliant. As is the execution.
It's not everywhere that amazing things like this show up.

This is absolutely superb. I love the subdued colours and the texture; both work with the model's expression and pose to give a serenity to the piece. It's interesting to me that the pigeons in flight tend to draw my eye. Since they are so perfectly composed and the brighter light is on the left side of the photo, the viewer's gaze tends to snap to them, following the lines created by the tilt of the model's head and the lines of her arm. Well done!
