Description Lucite -- glass-like material, slightly crystalline but silken to the touch, metallic luster, multicolored in light-fast, heat-stable pigments, that vary from deposit to deposit, extremely rare.
we would like to know: Mohs hardness, cleavage, fracture, tenacity, resilience? unsure, whether it is natural or synthetic.

Very surreal and very colourful. Looks like an ornament or piece of jewelry. Also didn't know you were into chemistry! Had to google it up, and it turns out that lucite is also known as Plexiglass, which I've heard of before.

Quite a lovely and "happy!" creation . The rendering and lighting make it look like a photograph.
