This is dedicated to Masa Vukotic; an Australian girl who died in March 2015. She was just 17. I don't know her personally but as she loves lolita fashion and is a feminist; I felt I could relate to her. She loved pink, bunnies, lolita fashion and pretty pretty things. Her friends and family paid tribute and sent her pink ballons and doves.I want to focus on her and don't want to focus on the accused but her murder has caused outrage in the community and much needed discussions on judicial reform, gender equality, women's safety and rape culture.
I wish she could have seen this drawing. I hope it will be seen by her friends and family and raise awareness.
