Description
A little something I did for two tumblr friends who are also bit of Time Lord Victorious enthusiasts.It was originally drawn for tumblr's blue background on the dash to create an effect of there being a rift in the page and thus having a TLV stalking people through their dash
Hence the bits of residual blue in it, I just did a very quick and simple colour swap to recreate the effect on here somewhat.
