This paitning took me forever to finnish, its for my friend Jessica I know in real life. She wanted me to draw a lot of sweets for her so this is what it turned out. I have used acrylic paint, glitter pens and real pearls for this one. The cookies on the paitning are some traditional Swedish cookies and some are just regular famous cookies and cakes. I like the idea of adding pearls and glitter into the paitning, I also hope you like it as well

I recognize the brown and green wasabi-almond paste sweets. They are sold here in Germany in two versions: one in green and one, called "Wikinger-Röllchen" (viking rolls), in beige, uncolored almond paste ([link] ) ([link] ). Really nice and tasty work, Annie.
