There's a lot more you could do with this, especially to make the model and background blend. However, I really love what you did with the rippling - that is fantastic!

I'm not gonna critique this one 'cause I'm pretty much in love with it. I usually don't like manips like this, but this really spoke to me. The integration of the rippling is absolutely spot on and completely changes the planes of the image.

The idea is simply wonderful, but the background image is very pixelated...Maybe you could try changing the background with something of higher quality. I also thingk that the background colours are too similar to the ones of the character. You could add a little contrast, so that the character sticks out

that's where the photo stopped, so i tried to round it off to make it look like her feet were hidden.
