#3 in the 100 themes challenge.yeah...I don't even know...I was playing around in GIMP and then this came out xD this is based off of the pokemon fan-fic my best friend is writing called "Rising Shadows"
That blue thing in the middle of Delcatty and Persian is called the Ice Shard...it gives power to all of the ice pokemon in the world. yep. I'm going to make a comic series about the story
despite my lack of motivation to do anything, this actually turned out rather well.
