its an alright camera.... its very slow when it comes to processing and saving the pictures... I can only take about 6 pictures before it backs up and i have to wait for it to save them all. That and the fact that you cant set it to Manual focus... but a few tricks and you can get around that and make it focus on what you want it to. When you install filters on it, the light sensor is pretty much useless so you have to use full manual mode. As a beginners camera though, its great. The colors are usually awesome, just keep the ISO down below 200 or so. Clarity and crispness is what you make of it, because the auto focus can ruin it. Overall a great point and shoot from my experience with it, and for the price nowadays, its worth it.
