Leik whoa. Somehow, as I was falling asleep one night, I decided a FFIX-Naruto crossover was both feasible and interesting. Don't ask about the logic; I think it boils down to "Jinchuuriki like Naruto are total Summoners! Gaara is just like Kuja, and must therefore be a crazy-ass Genome! Zabuza and Kisame vaguely resemble Amarant!" Other than that, it was just me loving FFIX and Naruto to death.

Naruto's a Summoner with his horn cut off to hide his identity; Sasuke's a wandering swordsman whose entire village was slaughtered by a mysterious man; Sakura is a white mage who trains with Moogles. (I was severely tempted to make Sasuke a Burmecian, but I somehow resisted the urge.)

ALSO: Hajimete Kimi to Shabetta (that Naruto ending from the Sasuke Retrieval Arc) totally sounds like Chouji. Singing about Shikamaru.
