It's a cool story, even if for someone not accustomed to chinese novels/web-novels and their genres (like me), requires getting used to some basic ideas and storytelling.

Nonetheless, once you give it a chance it can grow on you, even despite some cringe moments.

But let's be honest, what story is free of them?
