Description I don't normally redo pics but the new iRay render engine for Daz is something I really like.  It's ability to give much more photo-realistic pics is great.  I just wish I'd known how to light a scene better before posting the last two pics.  They were just too murky in my opinion.

The original is here -----> Cave Captive 06

After awhile they came to a series of small buildings carved into the solid rock next to the tunnel.  The creatures led her into one where she was amazing at the ornately carved surfaces.  In the middle of one wall was a petrified mushroom of gigantic proportions.  A small dark egg sat in the depressed cap, guarded by another one of the creatures.

"This is the dwelling place of an aristocratic family, or what passes for an aristocratic family here at any rate.  In their culture it is a sign of wealth that the female does not have to sit on the egg to keep it warm, like the lower classes do.  For that they prefer the human females that we supply them.  You will be required to keep their egg warm for half the day.  The other half you may sleep and relax, but you will not be allowed to leave the caves.  Food and safety will be provided for you in return."

"Food?" she asked.

"Yes, the men-under-the mountain provide many mushrooms and beetles for their egg warmers."

I haven't tried the iRay renderer yet, but I've seen some people getting nice results with it.

Yes indeed.  That's why I'm using it now in my renders.  I'm finding it to be quite good.
