Very impressive to say the least!
It almost looks like a sequel to War Of The Worlds if you notice the design of the Aliens in the painting and how similar they are to the war machines they used in W.O.T.W (But I guess that's just me)!

Maybe the reason for the extinction is that the island on that aircraft carrier is on the port side of the ship.Β In that case, we're safe, as we always put ours on the starboard side.
