One tiny question; How did you add the photoshop bit in it? 'Cause I'm beginning with photoshop myself and because I usually draw traditional, I would like to complete some of it with photoshop.

Firstly thank you for nice words
Secondly: to polish art in photoshop at the beginning I'm adjusting scan with curves or change it's contrast/brightness. Sometimes duplicate the layer and change it into multiply and made it transparent...
Because scans looks so very different than original artworks I sometimes use filter -> liquefy (maybe it have other name, shortcut for it in PS CS3 is Shift + Ctrl + X) and change some parts a little. Other way is to create new layer under the sketch and draw on it with soft brush. It's good to darken some parts(sketch has to be in multiply mode)

This is...amazing. Seriously. My heart stopped beating when I saw the little thumbnail on your note. I love everything about it- her eye (her EYE!), the very-Arabian look about her, even the way her neck is arched. I really cannot say enough; this is one of the most beautiful works of Ali I've seen so far. I can't wait to see it in person! Thank you so much for doing this!
