Description
Iskra and Hurricane (this handsome, calm boy on the left) having an agrument... Again, and again... it's normal in their relationship xDIskra is very impulsive and emotional and ALWAYS want to show what she can. In that time Hurricane is always beyond all others, calculating and irrationable confident, so it's easy for them to start arguing.
But really these two really like each other
(About their so different postures... Iskra is somehow wery small mare, and Hurricane is a BIG stallion. She has 14.2 hh and he 17.3 hh)
Edit: I'd like to notice, that Hurricane just have white eyelashes, that's why his eye looks like that (it is easy to see in full size image- I could do a closeup if someone ask about it
)Secondly: under his eye there is a markings in a shape of lightening.

I think your work is cute, so I was just poking through your gallery. I found this and read the description [because I actually do that], and I don't want to seem snobby, but I'm afraid I must correct you on something. It is impossible for a horse to be 14.5 hands high. A hand [in terms of measurement] is only 4 inches. So if Iskara really is 14.5, that means she would actually be 15.1 hh.
Once again, I don't want to come across as rude, but I've been a horse person for quite some time and was inclined to share my knowledge. Anyway, keep up the good work!

I don't mind any corrections at all, but I'm a little confused right now. .. I'm really not too good in hands, inches and all that, but I thik: why some hypotetical horse can't have this 14 and a half of hand? If someone will take one hand, than another and another to show his height why there can't be a half of that hand where this horse 'ends'?

That's what the dot is for. For example, I have three horses. 15.3 hh, 14.3 hh, and 12.3 hh. This means that they are all only one inch short of the next hand. Once you hit four, you count up the next number.
15.3 hh + 1 inch = 16 hh
See what I mean? The first number is like the whole number, and the second is where the halves and such come in. Except you only have quarters. 14 hh, 14.1 hh, 14.2 hh, 14.3 hh, 15 hh.

I wanted to say that this what I wrote - or what I wanted to wrote -(14,5 H) is not 14 hands and 5 inches, but 14 hands and a half. Now I see that I should say that she is 14.2 hh
