I have to say that I always liked painting bad guys, I think I am getting better with depicting the nature of the painted character by the colours and light - at least I am quite happy with this style I tried here, it was a lot of fun to work with such dark and detailed shadows. I did few attempts of dark arts before this one, but never on such scale. One step at a time, but I start to see the progress

Dziękuję! Mam nadzieję, że nie przegięłam z tą czernią i na wszystkich monitorach widać w miarę to samo co u mnie. Ciemne arty w digitalu to zawsze taka zagadka, zalezna od ustawien sprzetowych. ... Powiedz, to chyba w baroku powstawaly takie wlasnie bardzo czarne obrazy, co nie?

U mnie wszystko widać wyraźnie. 
Tak, barok wprowadził bardzo... ciemny światłocień, oparty na wyrazistych kontrastach. Dobrym przykładem jest Caravaggio - do egzaminu uczyłam się z czarno-białych odbitek i kiedy widziałam, że obraz jest praktycznie czarny na fiszce, zaraz rzucałam, że Caravaggia. xD Generalnie ograniczano tło do minimum, niekiedy jakieś kształty z tego mroku się wyłaniały, ale główne światło padało na postaci, mocno kontrastując całą kompozycję.
