Hehe, sometimes when I draw my drawings also take a different turn from what I had intended. Most of the time I like the outcome anyway.
I'm not sure what you think of it, but this came out interesting so now you have a concept if you ever wanted to go somewhere with her design ^_^ And I like her clothes.

O she has a dark magic feel about her like a which elf.....I don't want to mess with her!
I really like how it's black and white, makes you enjoy even more the painting. Some times simple is the best...even though I do love bright colors

Yeah it's nice to draw something different every now again...otherwise you get board. I think the relaxed feeling you had drawing her translates into the drawing. Giving a over all feeling of calm before the storm because she is going to turn everyone into frogs!!!
