Second commission for

Edit: Strange.. I have now two favourites and one page view
Her two character with quite unusual relationship - here they looks quite peaceful ^^ Choleric - the black stallion 'is kind of psycho' and this fragile palomino mare is Flo, who, as creator says: "is a real scaredy cat". You can imagine how weird their 'love' is.
Please don't get confused about their sizes - she is a small and young (14 hh) and he is a really muscular and tall (17.2 hh). I hope I drew them as contrasting as it should be
Can you see the lilies? Wt the beginning they were just a simple daisies, but in the end I gave them more noble look and I have to say that I like the result.
Moreover I experimented with the bg and use some nice perspective and I think that fixed the composition (my previous sketch is still in my scraps)

Wonderful work on the background and shading. I really love the poses and expressions. What really caught my eye was the overall feel the picture gave off when it was a thumbnail. I could go on and on, but wonderful work on the detail as well! It looks like you spent a lot of time on this. Bravo!

This is a lovely picture and so calming to look at. The black stallion looks so strong and powerful..he's really a beautiful horse. Compared to him, the mare looks so fragile and small. Yet she seems protected.
Hehe, the background reminds me of Bambi, especially the reeds and pond to the side. It's wonderful though and I like the sense of depth you've given it.
