Happy February 14th everyone. Veteran tutorial artist TsaoShin has created yet another tutorial for us to follow! Unlike the previous times, this one does not include a video. Still it's simple enough to follow!
Aren't they otterly adorable? I think they are. And for something I made.. it doesn't look terrible either. Otters hold hands so they don't lose one another when floating on the water, you know? And these are just two cute balls of fluff doing the same ^^
