Very nice character design. I like the idea of erasing the hair lines; it gives a very "shiny" effect ("shiny" is a very serious artistic term *nods*) ^_^ The hand is very good (position wise) but needs some work on the knuckles. And her shoulders and torso need some work. Have you tried studying an anatomy book? Overall, a very good piece of work.
