Riight. So, as the title says, this is supposed to be a fanart of Lufia II's Artea/Arty. Don't think it turned out to look like him at all, apart from the blue hair
It was fun drawing him though X3 Done completely in Photoshop 7

The coloring is very professional, and she has a very sweet face. I like how you've got a sense of weight in the hair, while at the same time maintaining the softness!
