Oh that's awesome! do you take these of your own eyes? if so how do you get it timed right?
Also.. what sort of editing do you tdo to these, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm really interested in getting into some macro eye photography stuff like this but I can't ever get it perfect without huge amounts of editing.

yes these are my eyes
I tried and tried, from different angles and I did a lot of pictures, and this is the latest of long series of (ugly) pictures XD
mh, I took the picture in front of my window, and out there was the sun...so the photo has a good (good for me, I mean) contrast before editing... I used a simple and absolutly not professional photoeditor, "picmonkey" 
btw I think that is simple to take photos of your eyes, but you must have the right lens or camera....what camera do you have? mine is a compact camera, quite poor, but it can take nice macro photos cause has the mode "super macro" that's very good! but I bought my new camera (a reflex) on internet in these days, and it will arrive tomorrow! I bought the basic lens, 18-55 and this kind of photos is not for this new lens... 
mmh, sorry for my english... I wrote a bit quickly and I do many mistakes...and also, I'm italian, I speak english only sometimes at school

my personal favorite eye color is a really light brown color
if you know someone with pretty light-brown eyes you could do some more ocular portrait art of them? which also captures a certain emotion despite being a close-up of just the eye?
