The Rainbow Dash cutiemark on her boot adds just a bit more ossum to this possum. So much impact in this piece, I like how I can't figure out what's going on (like where she's coming from/going, the sea dividing the picture), but still suggests a lot of motion and a massive backdrop.

Out of interest, how do you choose your colour schemes? Are they just what you feel looks right, or is there any specific patterns that you follow? You're one of the few artists that I watch that uses colour like that, so it's always interested me.
