Description
A chara design for a draconic NPC in a gdr game, a silver dragon whose antrophomorphic shape is that of a sassy halfling.

GM saw silver dragons as cleric-like since they are the only dragons who cast divine spells, hence the choice of the "clerical" feel. This one in particular had a rebellious phase during her youth, so I mixed the "classic cleric with mace" with a bit of "sukeban" feel.
Had a lot of fun experimenting with the ice effect on the mace :3
