Description Like Mitch Ballard, I love the classic George Perez JLA/JSA splash page. And as a fan of the Golden Age Quality Comics characters, I've created this (rough pencil) homage.

Front Row: Doll Man, Captain Triumph, Alias the Spider, Phantom Lady, Red Bee, Plastic Man, Midnight (with Gabby), Kid Eternity, Manhunter (with Thor), USA, the Jester, Red Torpedo

Middle Row: Neon the Unknown, Quicksilver, Margo the Magician, The Raven, Spider Widow, Firebrand, Uncle Sam, Wonder Boy, Stormy Foster, Lady Luck, Blackhawk, Wildfire, Blue Tracer, the Human Bomb

Back Row: Black Condor, Miss America, the Ray, the Clock, Mr. Keeper, Magno, Invisible Hood, Madam Fatal, Joe Hercules

And sneaking in the way back: Bozo the Iron Man

Type would be wonderful if during the adventures of the Freedom Fighters on their journey to rebuild the spirit of America in the new comics book title of the Freedom Fighters created by DC Comics :  www.newsarama.com/41827-nazi-p…  they were gaining new members. Perhaps new and totally renewed versions of patriotic superheroes of the Silver Age like for example renewed and totally reimagined versions of the members of the All-Star Squadron : Air Wave (Lawrence Jordan)  i.imgur.com/kp2ckNR.jpg Air Wave's possesses the ability to change his body into any frequency of electromagnetic radiation, which includes radio and television transmission but also x-rays, gamma rays, cosmic rays ,infra-red, ultraviolet  as well as the visible spectrum, plus radar, microwaves, which allows he the ability to project bursts of thermal energy. Thanks to advances in microminiaturization, the old circuitry from the helmet has been reduced to fit into his mask. Micro-shards of ruby crystals are incorporated into gloves, can convert electromagnetic radiation in body into laser beams with fingertip precision, or fired in a wide beam from his palms. Air Wave can turn his body into electromagnetic radiation and travel at the speed of light, however, sometimes it's more convenient to use magnetic attraction and repulsion in areas that have a lot of metal -- such as cities to enable himself to fly. Air Wave can see throughout all spectrums of light. Thus, night is as bright as day to him when he adjusts to the infrared spectrum. He has TRUE x-ray vision. He has also learned to adapt to radar/sonar abilities and can follow a heat trail or -- in the case of a heat seeking missile -- generate false one most formidable. He can read the energy patterns of other individuals and figure out the frequency it's working on so he can disrupt it. He's superbly trained in hand-to-hand combatant, for Black Condor, Phantom Lady, The Ray and Uncle Sam and specializes in karate, judo, boxing, jiu-jitsu, aikido and muay thai which makes him a competent physical fighter

Agent Liberty (Benjamin Lockwood) , Amazing Man (Will Everett III) Amazing Man has mutant powers which are exactly identical to those of the enemy of the Avengers villain of Marvel Universe known as The Absorbing Man, he can alter the molecular structure of his body, his uniform, to mimic the properties of any material he touches is this material compound of organic or inorganic matter. This process also gives he super strength, toughness, and in most cases invulnerable to damage. If the object has played some form of energy, like a battery or a fusion reactor, Amazing Man absorbs these properties as well. He also has change to a limited extent skills to absorb certain objects, such as transmute his fists into giant hammers to play as a hammer or enlarge their size to enormous proportions when copying items or huge power force. He proved to be able to "grow back" an arm when cut off (in your rocky form) simply reattaching the molecules of this, then changing back to human form. Some of the things he proved able to absorb are; the mystical metal alloy that make up the Lasso of Truth of Wonder Woman, the emerald energy of the Green Power Ring of the Green Lantern, the astro force of the Orion Son of Darkseid, the indestructible metal alloy of the made from the aegis of Zeus from Wonder Woman's Indestructible Bracelets, the rocky skin of Blok of Legion of Super-Heroes, steel, titanium, promethium, nuclear plasma, volcanic magma, nanometal, the powers of transform into any animal and the hairy green body of the Beast Boy, bronze, light, iron, diamond, helium, water, earth, granite, wood, enriched uranium, iridium ,a brick wall, the rays of Superman's heat vision, the metallic body of Brainiac, the power of the Parallax Entity of Sinestro, The Quantum metallic alloy that make up the body of Captain Atom among others. If your body is broken into pieces, while in a non-human state he can self mentally restore just reconnecting the molecules of your body as he are in and revert to human form normally without any harm to he

Aquawoman (Lisa Morel)  i.imgur.com/iHSAVZv.jpg , Blue Beetle (Dan Garrett)  i.imgur.com/cRcOQ5D.jpg , Captain Triumph (Lance Gallant) , Commander Steel (Lieutenant Commander Gloria Giles one female version of Commander Steel / Hank Heywood  Sr.) , Dr. Occult (Richard Occult) , Rose Psychic (Rose Spiritus) , Firebrand (Danette Reilly) , Guardian (Jim Harper) , Auron (was a genetically enhanced clone owner of super powers of Jim Harper) ,General Glory (Donovan Wallace)

Major Victory (William Vickers)  i.imgur.com/rzZCkhF.jpg   would be an alternate counterpart to the deceased former member of the Suicide Squad a native of Earth-X this time possessing super powers natural of ionic energy that would make him comparable in power to Wonder Man / Simon Williams of the Marvel Universe

Lady Liberty (Unknown super heroine deceased member of the lesser importance team of superheroes "Force of July")  i.imgur.com/phEA5sm.jpg   would be a alternative counterpart natural of the Earth-X Universe of the super heroine deceased Lady Liberty she would have the power to create constructs of energy , force fields, projecting highly destructive energy bursts, creating psionic illusions, transforming memories and thoughts into three-dimensional images, projecting flames of psychic energy that would burn the minds of the victims, causing deadly psychic damage, teleporting, being invisible or intangible, flying , transmute organic and inorganic matter in the configuration and in the form that she wishes, gain super strength, invulnerability and power of super regeneration physical channeling the power of his mystical "Liberty Torch" that would be a unique power item in the Multiverse that whenever it is taken from her teleports back to his hands without any power in the multiverse can prevent this

Sparkler (Unknown was a young Hispanic metahuman deceased member of the lesser importance team of superheroes "Force of July")  i.imgur.com/HmxdDEx.jpg   would be a alternative counterpart natural of the Earth-X Universe of the young superhero Hispanic deceased Sparkler he has the power to absorb pyrokinetic energy environment and converts it into flying power, personal pyrokinetics force fields that make he invulnerable to almost all kinds of attacks, projecting highly destructive pyrokinetic energy bursts, bend the ambient heat particles to become invisible and absorb and metabolize pyrokinetic energy to heal serious injuries

Mayflower (Unknown young British girl super heroine deceased member of the lesser importance team of superheroes "Force of July")  i.imgur.com/2LB631x.jpg   would be a alternative counterpart natural of the Earth-X Universe of the super heroine deceased Mayflower can inhabit and animate vegetable matter anywhere, including alien plants, even sentient ones, and construct it into a body for herself. As a result, bodily attacks mean little to her. She can easily regrow damaged or severed body parts, and can even transport himself across the globe by leaving her current form, transferring her consciousness to a new form grown from whatever vegetable matter is present in the location she wishes to reach. Mayflower is normally human-sized or slightly larger than average, but she can grow bodies much larger. She once used Sequoioideae to grow a body the size of an office block.Mayflower possesses superhuman strength. While Mayflower's strength has never been portrayed as prominently as many of her other abilities, she is arguably one the most powerful beings in the DCU. Her power limits have yet to be established. She has demonstrated sufficient strength to rip large trees out of the ground with ease and trade blows with the likes of Etrigan the Demon.Mayflower can control any form of plant life. She can make her bend to her will or accelerate she's growth. This control even extends to alien plant life, as she once cured Superman of an infection caused by exposure to a Kryptonian plant that was driving Superman mad and causing his body to burn out its own power. Mayflower had also mastered the elements of Fire, Earth, Water and Air, the Parliaments of each were later killed by The Word, implying that he has retained these abilities and has the power once held by the Parliaments. The new Mayflower (a resurrected by Alec Holland) her no power over a White Lantern Power Ring but she can control all forms of plant life and even grow every kind even if it is unknown to her. She can also grow from any plant life anywhere, dead or alive. This is seen when Poison Ivy creates a portal to the moon and banishes her there. However, Mayflower simply resurrects himself back on Earth from the plants growing on Poison Ivy's face

Silent Majority (Unknown superhero deceased member of the lesser importance team of superheroes "Force of July")  i.imgur.com/C51H9a3.jpg   would be a alternative counterpart natural of the Earth-X Universe of the superhero deceased Silent Majority has the power to create perfect copies of himself, which he calls "dupes", and all items on his person (clothing, weaponry, etc.) through Bio-Fission creating duplicates of himself through an act of fission. The duplicates could function independently of one another, but they were all part of the same hive mind. Each of the duplicates has exactly the same power as Silent Majority himself, and has independent thought, though Silent Majority "Prime" is usually telepathically and empathically linked to the dupes. His powers have, at least once, been shown to affect the actual design of the shirt he was wearing.Silent Majority "Prime" can absorb a dupe back into himself at will, which also makes him absorb the memories, knowledge, and skills of the duplicate. The dupe usually appears right beside the body it "springs" from. It has been noted that dupes have trouble creating more dupes themselves if they have not used their powers for a while,Silent Majority is able to use his ability whenever he wants without any such issue. Silent Majority was formerly unable to control the duplication process, wearing a special Bio-Fission synthetic stretch fabric costume that contained mechanisms that absorbed Bio-Fission energy so that an army of Silent Majorities would not instantly appear every time he was struck. The original suit was designed by his father, and later modified by  Abraham Lincoln Carlyle. Silent Majority currently wears a stylized black with gloves and boots whites and dark blue glasses. Whether this indicates a greater degree of control over when his dupes manifest, an advance in technology or if it is simply an ordinary shirt with the same design is unclear.During his time with Force of July, the maximum number of dupes with Silent Majority could create, including duplicates of the dupes themselves, was approximately 50, but the limit has grown far beyond that, as when Kobra tried to manipulate Silent Majority into becoming one of them. Their plan backfired because he cannot be mind-controlled, which instead resulted in an immense number of Silent Majorities that drowned the organization's cohorts.Duplicates have independent minds from the original, but are usually willing to merge back because their memories and knowledge are retained. However, there have been exceptions where duplicates have wished for independence completely, even going so far as to have malicious duplicates intending great harm to the Silent Majority Prime during original and modern Force of July runs (which featured Silent Majorities dupes manifesting as aspects of the Prime Silent Majority personality rather than straightforward duplicates). As a last-ditch effort, Silent Majority abilities can be used to deadly effect, which were used in self-defense against Kamo, when Silent Majority jammed his hand into Kamo 's mouth and activated his power, creating a duplicate inside Kamo and exploding him from the inside out. He has used this method to threaten people before, as well.Silent Majority duplicates can perish without long term physical harm to himself, as demonstrated when the Fernus possessed a duplicate then consumed its life force — leaving only a burnt out husk, as with all victims of Fernus. The possession caused Silent Majority to collapse in pain, aware of what was happening, but he later recovered. Originally, uninjured dupes "shared" the damage when they merged. If an injured Silent Majority or dupe merged with an uninjured version, the "new" version had an injury half as severe as the original injury. As a consequence of splitting into multiple selves, Silent Majority has accumulated a vast wealth of knowledge and experience, along with some confusion over which Silent Majority did what.Specific special skills accumulated through his vast experience include picking locks, some proficiency in Shaolin Kung Fu, handgun training, multiple languages including Russian and Hawaiian, and playing-card throwing. One of his dupes was a C.A.D.M.U.S. agent, giving him all the prerequisite espionage training.Along the way, he or his duplicates participated in an Olympic gymnastics team and apparently became a licensed attorney. Silent Majority has generally been considered a mutant. Unlike most mutants whose mutant powers emerge during adolescence, Silent Majority exhibited his gifts from the day he was born

New Wonder Woman (Orana)  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orana_(c…  she is a fictional character owned by DC Comics. Orana was a red-haired Amazon who challenged and defeated Princess Diana for the title of Wonder Woman in WW issue # 250 (December 1978). Orana adopted the title of "New Wonder Woman" and departed Paradise Island for New York City. But in the Universe of Earth-X the history could have taken a different turn. Wonder Woman / Princess Diana of Themyscira would have been murdered by Valkyrie of Valhalla Island Brünhilde and Orana would have been chosen by the Greek Gods as the New Wonder Woman who would fight against the Nazis in the World of Patriarchy receiving a series of divine powers conferred upon her by : Zeus, Hera, Hercules, Apollo, Dionysius, Athena, Artemis, Hermes, Hephaestus, Poseidon, Hestia, Demeter, Aphrodite, Eros and Hades. She would hold the Lasso of Truth, have the indestructible bracelets made from the aegis of Zeus, and the sword and shield forged by Hephaestus. Obviously Orana would have his reimagined look for a more modern appearance and consistent with the New Wonder Woman of a militarized world equal the world of Earth-X Universe  i.imgur.com/BsQHFma.jpg

The King (King Standish) , Liberty Belle (Libby Lawrence-Chambers) , Little Boy Blue (Tommy Rogers) , Little Miss Redhead (Janie) , Manhunter (Paul Kirk)  i.imgur.com/t1EhgvX.jpg   , Judomaster (Hadley "Rip" Jaggar), Mister America (Tex Thompson),Merlin the Magician (Jock Kellog) , Max Mercury (Maxwell Crandall [ let's imagine that in Universe of Earth-X instead of a Zen Guru of the speed this version of Max Mercury is a Neo The One of Speed Force and was the same age of Barry Allen ] ), Red Tornado (Ma Hunkel) , Robotman (Robert Crane/Paul Dennis) this new version of Robotman's All-Star Squadron would have a much more robust and physically powerful appearance as if he were an armored war tank walker  i.imgur.com/ksLIqul.jpg   , Speed Saunders (Cyril Saunders) , TNT (Thomas N. Thomas) , Tor, the Magic Master (Jimmy Slade) , Whip (Rodney Gaynor) , Zatara (Giovanni Zatara [ let's imagine that in the Universe of Earth-X Giovanni Zatara has the exact same age of Zatanna Zatara being a glamorous and full of enthusiasm sorcerer who recites spells rhyming in much the same way that Doctor Strange of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko did with an appearance that resembles that of "Mandrake the Magician" of Lee Falk ] ) , Crimson Avenger (Lee Travis) the uniformed vigilante possessing two magical revolvers capable of killing even Overman  i.imgur.com/3KNSVJs.jpg   , Wing (Wing How Chinese Crimson Avenger sidekick) a master in deadly martial arts that can make hands deadly weapons and dispenses firearms similar to "Green Hornet and Kato"

Star-Spangled Kid (Sylvester Pemberton, Jr.)  i.imgur.com/zz2r1CZ.jpg   , Stripesy (Pat Dugan)  i.imgur.com/PoyUfRH.jpg   , Vigilante (Greg Saunders)  i.imgur.com/nix0k8n.jpg  , Invisible Hood (Kent Thurston) , Jester (Chuck Lane) , Magno (Tom Dalton) , Midnight (Dave Clark) , Miss America (Joan Dale-Trevor) , Neon the Unknown (Tom Corbet) , Red Bee (Rick Raleigh) , Red Torpedo (Jim Lockhart) , Dan the Dyna-Mite (Daniel Dunbar) , Flying Fox , Fury (Helena Kosmatos) a new version of the Silver Age Fury she is an avatar of the Furies that carries within her the spirit of the Fury Tisiphone to undertake the fury of divine vengeance of the innocent against the Nazis  i.imgur.com/lGsg9YD.jpg   , Iron Munro (Arnold Munro)  i.imgur.com/PCKT4vg.jpg   , Neptune Perkins , Tigress (Paula Brooks) , Arak, Son of Thunder (Bright-Sky-After-Storm) , Black Pirate (Jon Valor) , Golden Gladiator (Marcus of Rome) , Miss Liberty (Bess Lynn) , Silent Knight (Brian Kent) , Strong Bow , Super-Chief (Jon Standing Bear) , Valda the Iron Maiden , Fireball (Sonya Chuikov) , Phantasmo (Jean-Marc de Villars) , Knight (Cyril Sheldrake) and The Squire (Beryl Hutchinson)

The Blackhawk Squadron (Janos Prohaska [Leader] , Andre Blanc-Dumont , Carlo "Chuck" Siriani , Lady Blackhawk [ Natalie Reed ] , Olaf Friedriksen , Ritter Hendricksen , Stanislaus Drozdowski , Weng Chan) would be a special military unit that they would wear hyper-technological combat armors similar to "Mach-X" armor of Abner Jenkins of Marvel Comics which would have a "stealth mode" and would have hyper-sophisticated weaponry. The Blackhawk Squadron would not fly warplanes ... THEMSELVES would be warplanes, Black X (Richard Spenser) , Blue Tracer (William "Wild Bill" Dunn) , Hugh Hazzard and his Robot Bozo the Iron Man, The Clock (Brian O'Brien),Kid Eternity (the juvenile superhero of unknown name of The Quality Comics who is not the deceased young hero member of the Titans), Lady Luck (Brenda Banks), Madame Fatal (Richard Stanton),Mr. Mystic (Ken), The Mouthpiece (William "Bill" Perkins),Spider Widow (Dianne Grayton) and her boyfriend the original Raven (Tony Grey), Stormy Foster, the original Wildfire (Carol Vance Martin), and Wonder Boy (was a juvenile unknown superhero owner of alien super powers who fought in World War II in the comics of The Quality Comics).

Some of these characters could have already been killed fighting fascism, some could be new recruits...others might possess heirs who would be valiant allies or terrifying antagonists depending on how each wished to combat fascism, ranging from heroic approaches to extreme radicalism ...

Another thing I had thought is that by now the New Reichsmen must have gotten new members who would be Nazi counterparts from: Shazam  (Billy Batson),Mary Marvel (Mary Batson), Captain Marvel Jr. (Freddy Freeman),Superboy (Kon-El / Conner Kent), Supergirl (Kara Zor-El / Linda Danvers),Steel (most likely a white Aryan version completely destitute of any mercifulness of John Henry Irons whose armor is like a war tank walker full of hyper technological weaponry powered by entropic energy ),Cyborg (Victor Stone probably in a white Aryan version inclement), Green Lantern (Hal Jordan,John Stewart,Guy Gardner,Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz , Jessica Cruz all probably in ruthless white Aryan versions),Power Girl (Kara Zor-L / Karen Starr),Flash (Barry Allen merciless super speed master),Flash (Wally West redhead and ruthless super-speedster ),Kid Flash (Bart Allen young sarcastic joker aryan super-speedster who humiliates his opponents before he kills them),Impulse (Iris West II young Aryan super-speedster girl who believes to be smarter, untouchable and superior than all),The Atom (Ray Palmer),Captain Atom (Nathaniel Adam the "atomic death"),Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), Black Canary (Dinah Lance),Huntress (Helena Bertinelli),The Question (Vic Sage),Nightwing (Dick Grayson) , Robin ( Damian Wayne ) , Red Robin (Tim Drake),Red Hood (Jason Todd) , Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) , Batwoman (Kate Kane) ,Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson who would be a evil version of Lord of the Order who in the past served The Giants of Ice and was a direct Counselor for the treacherous Nordic God Loki owner of gigantic mystical powers),Zatanna (probably a German demonic witch who recites her spells in the Nordic language),Miss Martian (M'gann M'orzz / Megan Morse),Tempest (Garth) , Aquawoman (Queen Mera),Aquagirl (Tula),Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandsmark who here would also be a Valkyrie of the Island of Valhalla who received half of the powers of Brünhilde), Troia (Donna Troy which is probably a ruthless Nordic Demigoddess with powers derived from the Nordic Gods), Artemis of Bana-Mighdall (an even more cruel and merciless version of Brünhilde coming from the Citadel Matriarchy of Nifelheim ), The Elongated Man (Randolph "Ralph" Dibny), Firestorm (a totally malevolent nuclear fusion of Ronald "Ronnie" Raymond and Professor Martin Stein),Metamorpho (Rex Mason bloodthirsty elemental shapeshifter),Animal Man (Buddy Baker master predator of the Animal world) etc with Nazi counterparts from Earth-Prime's greatest heroes which would make the battle of the Freedom Fighters even more difficult and dramatic. Things to think about very carefully in the title of comics of the Freedom Fighters...

So very late to the party on this, but I'd seen it on another site and am rather pleased to find its original home.

Mike Kooiman, who created 'The Quality Companion' by TwoMorrows Publishing, had once said he planned to color it.  But so far, this is all I have.  Thanks for the comment
