At the side of the road, I found this battery of old sawed trees. My "looking-for-abstraction-in-nature" eyes told me this could be one great shot...I took the picture on color slide film, but converted in into black & white in Photoshop.

Isn't nature interesting? It's inspiring at times. To think that every ring on this log saw things well before we were born. If only it could talk imagine the stories it could tell.
Wonderful piece. Black and white feels much better with something such as this (in my opinion).
