Description Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor.

I haven't got the faintest idea of how this turned out so effing pretty, but there you go, a painting I'm ridiculously proud of.  
I worked on this for about 4 hours, almost non-stop, my left arm went numb from holding the palette so long
