Such lovely colours in this. I really love the tones of blue you've captured but also that splash of yellow that seems to break things up nicely. The water looks great and adds a sense of calm. Just love the perspective!
The only thing that I can think of is that I personally think it would have looked nice with just the focus on the water without the rocks because they seem a bit dark and distracting. I was going to suggest a crop, but with the right side of the rocks being fairly high I think it would be too tight.
That said though, it's a really lovely photo and well taken! Nice work.
