Ah yes I separated some of the people in this picture into other submission so that people who don't enjoy fan-fics won't be angry. In this Fate fan-fiction some servants summoned are from other animes and one is an OC.From left to right:
Saber, Noble Phantasm: Excalibur/Avalon no explanation needed.
Rider, Asuna/Priestess of The Moon, NP: Elune's Tiger - A moon tiger that can cleave any armor below A+ rank.
Archer, Ulysses, NP: Legacy of Achilles - the arms of Achilles he won from wrestling Ajax, allows him to block any attack barehanded.
Assassin, Mordred, NP: Coup De Grace: Allows her sword to adept to the power of the Noble Phantasm it clashes with, after twenty strikes if she is not defeated her sword will be strong enough to destroy the weapons pitted against it.
Caster, Pain, NP: Rinnegan: While not a Magus Pein is considered as the caster because of the unreal powers he acquires from Rinnegan.
Lancer, Ulquiorra. NP: Giant Black Winged Demon - Triples his attributes upon release. Lance of Lightning - Ulquiorra's peak of power.
Berserker, Abaddon, NP: Frostmourne: A cursed sword that negates any fatal attack made against its wielder. The only way to defeat him is to possess a Noble Phantasm strong enough to break Frostmourne.

Rin and Saber fit--If she didn't screw up the timing like she does normally, as the best magus (in raw magical potential) in the HGW she'd definitely be able to summon the most powerful of the seven classes, and she's got a higher chance than other Servants of being summoned. Excalibur's suiting.
No one else could possibly be a more suitable Servant to summon for Negi than Asuka. With the way he turned to dark magic, not even his father has as close an affinity with him. Eva might, though... But why does she have a moon tiger? Wouldn't Ensis Exorcizans be a more appropriate Noble Phantasm?
Why does Ulysses not have his near un-stringable bow as a Noble Phantasm?
Mordred fits well as Assassin. Also--Mordred and Artoria in the same war, fuck yeah!
Caster suits Pein, yeah. The only other classes that could really fit him would be one of the nonstandard classes (I'm looking at you, Avenger).
Interesting choice to give Shirou Ulquiorra. Although I suppose they're actually a lot alike; Shirou is a fundamentally twisted, empty person who pursues an ideal inherited by someone else, whose almost suicidal selflessness is a twisted form of selfishness. But when everything he was became consigned to oblivion, he was saved. Ulquiorra is also an empty person who can never truly understand others, but unlike Shirou he was never given a purpose to raise him to even the socially incompetent level of Shirou. He simply stands alone.
I'm afraid I don't know much about Warcraft history. I thought Arthas had Frostmourne, though.

Crossover my friend, I took that to the Nth level by crossing Asuka with Warcraft's Priestess of the Moon.
He doesn't have it as a Noble Phantasm, but he does have it as a primary weapon, he's kinda OP in my story.
Yeah, I wanted that to happen so I made it happen in my own fanfic, though it ended quite bitterly.

Good spot there, this is an alternate version of Shirou that learned to take his one magic so far, he could apply it to himself and in doing so became able to contend with most of the other servants even without Ulquiorra. This power is also the other reason for him to summon someone so much stronger than other Servants (in this story at least). In this story instead of a protagonist, Shirou is actually the last antagonist, ending in a fight with Rin in which he loses due to his lack of magical knowledge. In the same battle Ulquiorra defeats Saber handily but eventually concedes since she survives long enough for Shirou to be defeated by Rin.
The old Defense of The Ancients game's Abaddon is an inheritor of the Frostmourne, which is not in Warcraft canon, that's why there might be confusion there. The reason I used him instead of Arthas is because his special ability "Borrowed Time" also makes him virtually unkillable for a short amount of time which fits more in a Fate like story than Arthas and his wide array of magical powers and necromancy.

Well... there's certainly a huge disparity in power here. But that happens with crossover ideas--very few stories operate at the same base power level.
Negi vs pretty much any Master is going to be absolutely one-sided. "God of Lightning" Negi moves even faster than Servants do (one would have to be a Servant with Clairvoyance, Revelation, Eye of the Mind, or a high-tier defensive skill), and half of his spells are destructive enough to be considered Noble Phantasms of their own accord. He could also his the Magia Erebea to absorb the power from an activated Noble Phantasm, like he did with Rakan's power. He uses magic of the High Ancients, which puts him in terms of pure spellcasting on par with Caster from F/SN, if not higher as he does not verbally cast most of his spells.
And as Negi is no longer human, he no longer has the limits of humanity is a Phantasmal Species in the same manner as Dead Apostles--he is likely one of Oni Kind, or even a type of Dead Apostle. He could fairly go toe-to-toe with a Servant entirely on his own. And if he has his contract with Theodora active, he has access to all the Noble Phantasm-class abilities of those he made contracts with. Including a sword that completely negates magic and chi and dispels a summoned creature in one hit (basically a 1HKO in the Holy Grail War), a book allowing him to read the minds of his opponent, a cloak that can swallow up any attack, fans that can heal anything that happened in the past five minutes, a rod giving him unmatched power over electronics and the internet (mages just don't do anything with computers), and a satellite that shoots giant lasers.
He'd fit more as a Servant than a Master...

This Negi is based on the one that appeared in the anime and his abilities were thought of in the same limit that was shown in the anime, consequentially a lot o the abilities you mentioned don't appear there.

yyyeaaaaahhh no. I do not concur, Mordred's gender was left ambiguous by the fact that the flashback only lasted a few seconds. The voice was just as female as Saber's too, and I drew Mordred based on the same face I saw in that episode. I've played the visual novel too in which there IS no Mordred.

could i please read it i am sure its a piece of art u got to have confidence and try if u wanna know and i believe in this everything that touches fate is sure to be good look myself i just started a visual novel and its a crossover from lots of anime for the servants but i stay with the basic fate story the fight for the holy grail and even if i think it wont be this good when i have some progress i am going to pos it for sure so at least try it once and let me read it it would be an honnor.

in my opinion .modred is saber cuz he's knight and strong enough to be able to mortally wounded his father... it would be cool if he wore an armor that cover his face like assasin(lancelot) in fate zero

"Reverie Von Einzbern" looks like Kokuto Azaka. But shouldn't an Eizburn always have silver hair as white as snow? Irisveil, Justizia and Ilya did. And I believe the head of the Einzburn did too (whom I cannot spell his name at all)
