Regarding your concerns: she is outside where we have a huge amount of ambient light coming from all sides, but the lighting suggests we have a light source somewhere left above her.
I also think she needs more contrast. Increase the highlights intensity and make the shadows darker.

I think the problem might be she's too sharply defined against the sky background.

Looks greate, even though it looks like the toes has grown toghether..(sucke explanations..) There is no spaces between the toes
but it doesn mattter, cus that isnt what you are looking at in this pic
