First attempt at still life photography. I wish I had a better camera. Shot this with a lumix DMC-FS5 (Fixed 30mm lens with a crappy F-stop). I think it turned out pretty good, I'd love any comments or critiques. I'm curious how big of difference a nice camera would make.Related content

This picture really catches my attention. I love the soft colors in the flowers and I think the camera that you used is okay as well. The picture is nice even if you enlarged it. I also love the you used a plain black bg into it so the subject could be seen clearly.

This image is so clear, its striking at the first glance. Making solid black the background was an excelling choice - it forces the soft pink out. In another situation, the beauty and color of these flowers would be lost.
