YOUR BLANK VARIANT COVERS ARE AWESOME, AND INSPIRATIONAL.  I HAVE QUITE A COLLECTION OF COVERS TO WORK ON MYSELF.  I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO TRY TO COLOR MY ART ON THE COVERS, AND PREFER TO DO JUST BLACK AND WHITE.  I'VE HEARD OTHER ARTIST TALK ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PAPER STOCKS USED ON THE BLANK COVERS, AND PROBLEMS WITH CERTAIN INKS AND PENS.. ANY SUGGESTIONS...??

Thank you! Yeah it is hard sometimes not knowing what kind of paper you will find for the cover stock. If you are looking to do black and white, my recommendation for pens would be Microns or Copic Multiliners. You just have to be careful erasing afterward and let them dry as to not pull up the ink.
