More of Bubblegum, this time with her girlfriend, Pop Rocks the lycanroc. Pop Rocks doesn't quite get this whole swimming thing, but she tried it, and it's the thought that counts.

As much as I really love primarina, a lot of her design works for the pokemon style, not so much for an actual seal/sea lion, especially the tail, so like brionne, I look a lot of liberties. I decided to translate the pearls as bubbles (imo, I think that might be what they actually are?) the "ruffles" as either fur or markings, and the hair as sea weed. I like it, it makes her look like the kind of thing that sailors saw in the distance and confused for a mermaid.
