I guess the way I drew the kids' facial expressions would make it an awkward moment for any Cybertronians greeting them haha

"I just think we should have searched those kids," Agent Gerber muttered. "There was something not right about those three. Did you see how the girl and the baby hid behind that older boy."
"It was nothing," Agent Fornell snapped irritably as the grey haired old man sipped at his coffee mug. "This was a waste of time from the start."
"Why would those three be so close though," pressed the younger. "It's not natural for a geek and a goth to hang out with a norm like him."
Agent Fornell gave a bark of humorless laughter. "Natural?" He demanded. "Natural? Let me tell you about natural kid." He poked at the younger agent with the hand still holding the styrofoam mug. "Natural isn't taking forty kids the same age and forcing them to sit still for eight hours in a small room. Think about it man if we did that we would be called in on inhumane treatment of prisoners! No," his eyes misted over a bit, "natural is folks forming packs. You get a calm centered alpha and others will find him." Fornell explained, not really caring if the others were listening any more. "They are usually younger, attracted to his strength. A geek and a goth?" He asked of no one in particular. "Is that how you described them? Well aside form the fact that I know goth and she wasn't it by a long shot I know for a fact that one of the best crime fighting teams in the world consists of a geek, a goth, and their 'norm' friend." Fornell snorted and went back to his coffee.
"So you are scure that they weren't the ones we were looking for?" Gerber asked uncertainly.
"Did I say that?" Fornell demanded. "No, I just said that they are a natural looking group of friends. Run their information just like the rest."Β

Confession? I worked at Mt. Rainier (one of those "dormant" Cascade volcanoes) for years and the HQ 'village' is called Longmire after some old dead guy. Every time someone mentions the show I'm all -what does a little alpine work village have to do with...oh right that!

Haha! It's a pretty good show. The title character is an older fella, your general tough sherrif type, except he's also the kind of guy who will sit and cry with the families of victims, which I like.

They need to work on their "nonchalant" poses.

That they do! That's more of a 'Wanna make something of it?' pose, isn't it?

Well we saw how well Miko and Raf did playing it cool in "Speed Metal". Granted they were trying to lie to Optimus Prime and that never goes well but still. Actors they are not.Β
