Okay, not much to say here.
Kind of a freelance version of the LSWR S14 Class. This livery and name is based off of the Tri-ang version my brother had.

I have one that's been cut up into some sort of inspection locomotive, it's got half a 4-wheeled coach on the back and it's on a 14XX chassis. Weird.
I also have a Dock Shunter that's green, permanently coupled to a Lima van with added pickups, and which also has a pantograph on the roof....
