Description This is the second of my many locomotive drawings that are going to be posted here.  This is Thunderbolt, star of the film "The Titfield Thunderbolt", 1952.  "Thunderbolt" was played by LMR locomotive No. 57 "Lion".

P.S. Yes, I know that Thunderbolt/Lion is a 0-4-2

Ah thanks! This is one of my older works, plus I forgot Lion was a 0-4-2...

That's a nice shot of a Y5. Good to see there's one still out there!

Although Harry probably got drunk and started ramming back and forth into the little coach body with the roller, knowing how he dealt with losing in the locomotive vs. roller battle.

Just run on rails, you don't need to steer.

It's been done before. A&P, a steamroller company, actually made some for rail usage on tramways and industrial areas.

Yeah, it's awesome!  One thing I did wrong was that I drew it as a 0-4-0, when it should be a 0-4-2!

But that's what you get when you draw by memory...

Thanks for commenting!
