Hi! I think this is an african fish eagle. They look almost the same, but bald eagles don't have black tip on the beak like this one. Also the white from their head is only on the head, not also on the crop like here. Bald eagles are also more robust. In your original photo he might look something like this in color www.google.sk/search?q=vocifer…

btw awesome photo, I just love how free he looks
