I miss this ride so much. This is a great picture that brings back all those happy times riding it, such an awesome shot! Sure wish they hadn't ruined this ride

The last time I was in Florida/Disney I wanted to ride this ride but never did. I don't like rollercoasters (because me and sudden drops or fast downhill slops aren't friends! ) and I wasn't sure what type of ride this was. Plus, I tend to get nervous if most of a ride is hidden cuz I don't know what 'surprises' await inside or around the corner(e.i. drops!). So I chickened out.(I'm such a wuss >_>) But man, that ride looks fun, I'm missing out! Damn you aerophobia!!

I can give a general synopsis... You first go up a steep hill, then down the other side over big bricks that make the car bounce around (at only a few miles per hour). You then go over different kinds of brick and then comes the brake test - first they mimic what it's like to spin out, then use the antilock. In the picture we were sitting at the end of the brake run. Next comes three "climate" rooms, hot, cold, and corrosive, and then hairpin climbing turns. Then they make it look like your going to be a crash test dummy before you head out for the high speed run around the outside track. There aren't any sudden drops, although there is one "jump" startle thrown in to keep you on your toes.

Thank you so much for that! Thats exactly what I needed to know! Whenever I get to go there again I'll definitely try it!
