this an old stuff back from the 1900. nah, kidding.
original sketch by zarki, i coloured it by photoshop 6 or 7 i dont remember.
anyway, have you ever try one of those? its the MOST heavenly delicious fruit ever!!
once you taste it, you could never have enough of it. really! well, not until you have a stomachache, heheh..
it maybe ugly and scary from the outside, but hey, dont judge a fruit by its cover, judge a fruit by its price !!!
its pretty expensive here in jakarta.
well, you should try it though!!

smells kinda strong though, but tastes great. you should try to eat one, that is if you can stand the smells.

I love it! I cannot get it fresh here in the U.S., I have to buy it fresh-frozen. I have some in my freezer right now! Most people in the U.S. do NOT like it do to the unusual smell that most people find unpleasant, but I love it!

durian is very cheap here in the philippines special in the southern region mostly in davao and cotabato. we have adopted most of the asian varieties of durian we have difficulty in growing the durians from brunie with have a distinctive golden orange color.
nice rendering and coloring of the drawing.

yes durian is actually cheap, but because i live in jakarta and most of the durians is coming from areas outside jakarta, they become quite expensive.
brunei durians? hmm... never heard that before. it must be very delicious too...
