Description Who wants to help me write a book about Kaiju?

I don’t know if anyone would be interested in what I have to offer, but I’m halfway through writing a political allegory involving kaiju. I suppose I should get this out here now in case it interests anybody.

An attack on Hong Kong leaves people fearful as they bear witness to creatures taller than mountains and more formidable than any god or monster previously imagined. Several global powers come together in an attempt to repel these mighty beings, or at the very least, keep them from surfacing again. Roar of the Sea

This is a bit of a passion project I’ve been orchestrating for roughly 6 years now, but I’ve only had the chance to start writing last year. I fell in love with the idea of presenting daikaiju as a serious concept to a purely text-based medium, considering the fact that words have an astounding impact when it comes to describing something so fictitious yet so poweful. The Sound of Thunder was an amazing source of inspiration for my writing style, especially when it comes to describing the sheer impact these creatures have on their environment. And trust me, there are some set-pieces in this book that give me the chills just thinking about them. I’m excited to see if anyone is interested and I will consider distributing the first chapter for proofreading and feedback at some point. 14 chapters down, 13 more to go (at least)! Anyway, here's a description for the scene above.

"It was so vicious, everyone would prefer to forget it. We tried our best to run and hide but it finished quicker than it started... At least, by the end, we all learned how to run away together."
