Thank you Snark! I had a lot of trouble with figuring out the crowd, but it really came together once I added in the lighting. II also honestly got kinda lazy, I didn’t wanna do anymore than blobs. But making them not detailed brings focus to Chibita I guess.
I kinda ended up basing the crowd on my vague memories of the ones in the contest hall in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
