Yeah sure!! Are you new to pixel art?

Well I use a program called GIMP (it's downloadable for free) and I use the pencil brush at the size of 1 to pixel; an icon is a canvas size of 50 pixels x 50 and of course animation is a different matter- you draw different frames and put it together into a gif file.
I'm sorry it's a really brief and confusing description but there are lots of tutorials out there!!
