Well it would probably be pretty hard for me to write a critique on this. After all you are much better at drawing half humans half animals. But i will try my best. So, just don't take everything i say as a fact.
First the good things.
Starting from the background and ending at the eyes, the whole picture is following the same nice style. It's very appealing to the eye. A very good part of the style is that some colours come outside of the main black lines. Also the fact that the shading on her hair and on her skin is different shows the different textures between them. I love the way you put a large contrast in brightness in the flowers, it plays along nicely with the shading.
The "bad" things
They isn't any actual bad things in the picture, just a few things that I as a perfectionist get fussy about. One is that her right eyes is bigger than the left, but then of course in the icon you can't see that. another part is inside the mouth, but then again it doesn't matter much since it will be your new icon picture

im so mad about the eye thing lol i literally noticed it like 10 mins ago when i woke up and looked at it again, but i might still be able to make some minute edits to it

The mouth i will probably leeave alone because it doesnt bother me, an im too lazy to add decent shading to it (: thank you though!!
