Description
These are some of the characters appearing in the stories and an occasion to draw also clothes other than loincloths. It was a sketch, but I kind of liked it enough.
From left to right:
- Kly Shyru (‘Bird’): 16 y.o., personal slave of Prince Tîn Mìr, cupbearer, singer, dancer, born as a slave of the prince's wife and chosen as part of her wedding dowry.
- Kly Yakshu (‘Newt’): 15 y.o., personal slave of Prince Tîn Mìr, birthname: Kaen.
- Prince Kly Bhêl Tîn Mìr: 19 y.o., First Heir of House Kly Bhêl.
- Lord Kly Bhêl Yain Kàn: 14 y.o., Second Heir of House Kly Bhêl, little brother of Prince Tîn Mìr.
- Kly Rêl: 25 y.o., Prince Tîn Mìr's personal attendant, former arena fighter.
‘Kly’ (spelled as ‘Kel’ when standing alone) indicates the House/Family of Kel within the Noble Clan of the Bhêl Bloodlines. Attendants, servants and slaves of the House Kly Bhêl can use ‘Kly’ before their names, substituting their previous surnames, if they had any.
Writing above: ‘Kly Bhêl’ (‘Land-High’): one of the most powerful noble families of Tlân and the Empire.
